Tyler Hendrickson is an administrative assistant focused on addressing client needs beyond the clinical setting. Bringing years of experience as a program manager, he is committed to strengthening communications, enhancing operations, and attentively listening to patient feedback.

In his role as a liaison, Tyler addresses needs related to billing, payments, out-of-network reimbursement, and can be found locally promoting mental health awareness.

Over the past decade, Tyler has developed a strong understanding of Customer and Employee Experience in the consulting space. Immersing himself in diverse corporate environments, he has sharpened unique insights related to career development, satisfaction, and fulfillment. His work to establish qualitative survey programs, which identified employee sentiment, showed how important identity and environment are to work-life balance.

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Tyler is passionate about mental healthcare. He aspires to become a Mental Health Counselor with a vision of specializing in areas such as identity, career development, as well as gain a strong understanding of the future impact technology may have on the rise in isolationism.
