Tiffany Schrepf, Co-Director, LMHC, NCC, CSC
Tiffany believes that true healing begins when we reconnect with the body’s wisdom, allowing us to expand our awareness and make space to witness sensations, emotions, and unique ways of being. Through this process, Tiffany helps her clients build deeper connections with themselves and others by encouraging curiosity. By tuning into their body's signals and responses, clients gain a better understanding of how they react to challenges. This leads to greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and clarity.
Tiffany’s approach is deeply rooted in creativity and body-based healing. She uses expressive arts, including drawing and painting, to help clients access and express emotions that can be difficult to verbalize.
She incorporates Somatic Experiencing, a trauma-focused modality that gently guides clients to tune into the sensations in their bodies. By doing so, Tiffany helps release trauma that has been stored physically, restoring a sense of organization to what may have felt disorganized. This approach supports clients in reclaiming lost parts of themselves and builds the strength to face discomfort and challenges in life.
Tiffany also incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients explore their internal parts—different aspects of themselves, such as protectors and exiles. By fostering an inner dialogue, she helps clients create harmony among these parts, leading to greater integration of experiences.
With her background in school counseling, Tiffany is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults. She provides guidance for navigating complex challenges such as depression, anxiety, gender exploration, and self-esteem building, offering a nurturing and supportive space where young people can grow, find clarity, and connect with their inner strength.
Tiffany is continuously inspired by the resilience, creativity, and courage of her clients. It’s an honor for her to walk alongside them on their paths of healing and growth, witnessing their transformation and empowering them to embrace their full potential. Through her work, she helps create a space for exploration, self-discovery, and renewal—allowing her clients to live more authentically, deeply connected, and vibrant lives.
