Gentle Mothh

Human Design is like an operating and care manual for humans. If you find astrology helpful in making sense of yourself and the world, this is a good next step in exploration. HD superimposes astrology, the I-ching, the chakra system, and the kabbalah into a system of understanding ourselves more deeply. In an introductory session, we review the highlights of your chart, establishing a framework for optimizing approaches to your desires and challenges.

I am a 4/6 Projector in Human Design. Projectors are especially positioned to support the collective through our understanding of systems and with our unique perspective; shining a flashlight on aspects of self and situations that may otherwise remain hidden.

I believe that self-knowledge is key to self-love. I also believe that shedding societal standards for success and clarifying our unique definition of fulfillment allows for more ease and fun on the journey. I love giving Human Design sessions because I get to witness this transformation in increased awareness. As an extension of my art practice, my readings are one of the ways I create the world I desire to inhabit.

Gentle Mothh is a Taiwanese American artist who grew up in Georgia, immersed in painting and music. Interested in understanding how the world works she pursued a degree in International Affairs, but her studies eventually led her back to her passion in the arts.

Beginning college at age 16, she made detours through Italy to study language, and in Oxford for a program in political science. A desire to sharpen her language skills led her to a curatorial residency at the Art Museum of Chianciano in Italy. Here, exposure to career possibilities within the art world watered the seeds for her future as an artist.

Since then Mothh has practiced performance, painting, songwriting, and healing arts as forms of expression and connection. Her first Human Design reading was many years ago and she was intrigued by the beauty and complexity of the system. Subsequently, she has used it to be more efficient in the use of her energy and to navigate relationships with more ease. She offers readings as an extension of her art practice, seeing it as a way to create the world she desires to inhabit.
